What the quote form collects

Your name, date of birth, email, phone, mailing address, the rental property's address and type, and anything you choose to write in the message box. We use it only to prepare and discuss your insurance quote.

We never ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or payment card details on this website.

Who sees it

Your request goes to licensed insurance agencies: City Insurance Plus LLC and City Insurance and Financial Services. To quote, an agency shares the details needed with insurance companies, and those insurers may order consumer reports (such as claims history) as the law allows. We don't sell your information to marketers.

How it's stored

The form is processed by our website host and delivered to the agency by email. To see or delete what you sent, reply to any email you receive from the agency about your request.
